Refund policy

30-day returns Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. It should be unused, in its original condition, and with its packaging.

How to start a return Contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back until you hear from us, since returns go to a different address than the one they shipped from.

Return shipping You pay return shipping, unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or wasn't what you ordered. In those cases we cover it, or we send a replacement.

Damaged or wrong items Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right.

Refunds Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges aren't refundable.
